The rest of the area was experiencing a mostly clear sky, with temperatures falling into the low 80s. Patchy fog will be possible overnight, with lows in the 70s. Expect more triple digit heat index levels for Sunday, with scattered downpours and isolated storms in the afternoon. NEXT WEEK: One of the big weather stories across the country will be the rising heat levels across the middle of the nation due to an upper level ridge.
